First visit
At the first appointment you need a minimum of one hour. However, if you consider it necessary, the session can be extended to three.
I will look in your mouth, it would be ideal to have a full mouth x-ray, it is called a 1 to 1 opg (I will tell you on the phone or by email, at the appointment, how to do it so you can have it done by the time we meet).
- Depending on what I see, I will ask questions, listen to what you have to say, I may sometimes interrupt and guide you to another area of interest for what I am thinking.
- I may easily change your diet or the way you dress, the way you think about certain situations. I will often ask you to take notes. I have a notebook with coloured sheets in my office.
- I have my pediatric patients colour in a special sheet designed for them. They'll find colored pencils and crayons at the practice.
- You can also bring a completed worksheet from home where you feel you can provide answers, to save time.
- You'll leave with lots of answers to questions you've been thinking about or even answers to questions you haven't even thought of.
- I will teach you from day one what you do well, what you need to keep and what you can add to your life to make it a little better.
- We will identify together what your strengths are, what needs attention, where you need to change your mindset or actions a little.
How to do an appointment?
The fastest way to schedule an appointment is by phone, sms or WhatsApp.
I sometimes answer emails daily, but not always.
Payment methods
Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
I don't offer subscriptions, I can't generalize and end up offering services for a fee that you may not even need.
You pay only for what you need.
With agreed complete treatment plans you will also receive a special financial plan that is designed so as not to burden or add stress.
